We will deliver to most anywhere in Gainesville, with a minimum delivery charge of $6.50 to places in our standard delivery area, and higher for places outside that area.  The delivery fee includes gratuity for the delivery driver.

Because we are delivering food items, we prefer not to leave it at the doorstep, so oftentimes we will contact the recipient prior to sending out the deliver to ensure they are available to receive it (or someone will be there to receive the order).

We offer two options for preferred times of deliveries for Valentine's Day, but cannot guarantee it will be delivered in that time frame due to the large number of orders we must deliver.  We will try our best to accommodate requests.  The Daytime Time Frame will be from 9 AM to 4:30 PM and the Evening Time Frame is from 5:30 PM to 10 PM.  Depending on the number of orders we have, deliveries my arrive a little before or after those times.  We have a limited number of packages available for delivery on Tuesday, February 13.

Delivery drivers will notify senders after completion of deliveries via text message or phone call.

For Deliveries to Apartments
  If no one is at the apartment at the time of delivery, the driver will drop the delivery off to the complex’s office, and the recipient and sender will be called.

For Deliveries to Businesses
 If recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, it will be dropped off with a co-worker and recipient and sender will be notified.

For Deliveries to Campus
We will contact the recipient and attempt to work out a time to send it out.  If we cannot get ahold of the recipient, we leave messages instructing them to contact us, and as soon as we hear back from them, we put their order in the rotation at that time.

For Deliveries to Houses
We will drop it off to any resident at the house and notify recipient and sender. If no one is home, we will contact the recipient and attempt to work out a time.

We ask that you try to place your order before February 13th as gift packages will be limited in quantities and will be subject to rush charges in addition to the delivery charge.

We will be available to take last second orders on February 14 starting between 10 AM and 12 PM (time TBD on the 14th).

Take out orders are available from our standard menu items as well.  We will open our doors at Noon on February 14, but orders placed at least 48 hours in advance can be picked up as early as 10 AM.

You can call in your order during non-peak hours, which are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM

You can also email us all information needed (except payment information), as well as your order, and we will call you for payment information as soon as we can.

Any order in which we cannot make the delivery successfully on the 14th (due to recipient not being available and no one available to receive the order) will be attempted to be redelivered on February 16 during normal business hours.  We will be closed on February 15 and cannot deliver anything that day.

Once an order is placed and we have made/baked it up, we cannot issue a refund.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive for both February 13 and 14, you can only select from the available packages on our Valentine's Day menu (click here to view), if you are looking to send cookies to someone else on those two days, any applicable Valentine's Day delivery and rush fees apply.

Any "gift orders" placed to be delivered on February 12, in which we are not able to send out (due to not being able to establish contact with the recipient) will be postponed until February 16.

Please note that we will require the presence of a credit card and ID in order to pay with a card for any standard delivery orders placed on February 13 and 14. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

Pricing of items subject to change without notice. 
 Unless noted, coupons or other specials listed on our website are not valid on Valentine's Day orders.


Due to the amount of information needed, phone calls tend to take a significant amount more time than for normal orders.

Please try to call during non-peak hours (5:00 PM - 7:30 PM weekdays, 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM weekends).

If you are looking to place the order after 5 PM on February 13, PLEASE CALL US (no emails!)

Be sure to have the following information ready when placing your order for delivery on Valentine's Day.

*Your contact phone number

*Recipient's Name and Phone Number

*Address of Recipient (and whether it is a house, business, or apartment, or dorm room)

*Preferred Timeslot (for February 14). We cannot guarantee the timeslot as a number of factors will affect when we deliver it, but will try our best to accommodate. You can choose from:

Daytime: 9 AM - 4:30 PM
Evening: 5:30 PM to 10 PM 

Note that for evening timeslots, we MUST establish contact with the recipient before we can make the delivery.

*Payment information (credit card number, including full billing address, or if you will be coming in to make a cash/credit payment).

All payments for pre-orders must be made 48 hours in advance. Orders placed any later may be subject to availability and may will subject to a rush charge.
